Chess
D.J.'s Chess history

I learned chess when I was young, say 6. I loved to play it during NEDP, Needham Extended Day Program. I played my mom and dad, too. When I got to the high school, I joined the Chess Club. My skills quickly improved as I attended several chess club meetings and I liked to play. I was on sixth board in my sophomore year; I rose to forth board in my junior year; and I was second board in my senior year.

On a correspondence of attempting to play email chess with Connie Chang, a class mate, I sent her a rules and stratagies email because she needed a review on how to play. I think it's a good beginner's guide for anybody, so I made it open to the public. Even if you know how to play chess, it's good to review this page.
